Life and the pursuit of Happiness!

Sitting here pondering life and thinking about how everything that happens along the way, gets us to where we are today. I have always worked for myself. My entire life. And it has been an incredible and sometimes very challenging journey.

This beautiful little shop is the perfect place for me to land at 55 years old. From 25ish employees at certain points, to a couple of part-time helpers or family members pitching in, I really dig this pace and the fulfillment it is bringing my soul.

After selling the farm and trying to figure out what was next, I did a lot of soul searching. I rented a house for a year before purchasing my home in 2020. Which just so happens to be about 27 seconds (on foot) from my new shop! I spent alot of time visualizing, meditating, and praying about what was next for me.

I knew I wanted to have a shop. A studio. A place for people to gather and do artistic things. Things that nourish your soul. I drew a picture of what my new space would look like. That was March 2021. I put the notebook away and decided to focus on the path I decided to take at the time.

A couple more years go by, and I am starting to question again,,, Is this what I want to be doing? What is next for me. What direction do i want to go. What will bring me the most fulfillment and joy! Well, the stars aligned as they say!

And everything… and I mean everything fell perfectly in to place. I couldn’t be more in awe. More on that later!
